Based in Annapolis for more than 16 years, we have been transforming the vision of Architects and designers - and the dreams of homeowners - into a reality. We spent our formative years working as a carpentry service on high end residential projects.  Framing, exterior siding & cornice, interior trim, and custom millwork were the building blocks that prepared Bayview Builders to become an exceptional general contractor. Our ability to self-perform, and not subcontract these tasks gives us better control of the building process and the final outcome.  From multi-million dollar home construction to custom renovation projects, our reputation for craftsmanship and integrity has endured. We understand our job is not just to build, but to provide guidance, and help find solutions.
